This helps us to understand your context, your preferences and what you need.
Based on your intake, your Wardrobe Valet will prepare a clear starting point.
Appointment
During a focused showroom session, your Wardrobe Valet will begin by presenting our offer.
You will then discuss your priorities, refine your profile and select your first items.
Everything is prepared in advance and is usually completed within an hour.
Made to Order
Once selected, your pieces are made specifically for you by independent Italian makers.
This gives you greater choice in how each piece is made, while maintaining consistency in design, quality, and fit.
Your preferences and measurements are retained — ensuring continuity across your wardrobe.
Delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks.
Ongoing Guidance
After your first selections, your Wardrobe Valet remains available to guide your wardrobe as it develops.
On a flexible basis, you can receive proposals — aligned with what you already own and what comes next (typically two to four times per year).
