1. Tell Us What You Need
A short online intake helps us understand your work, current wardrobe, preferences, immediate needs and what is taking too much effort.
It takes approximately 5–7 minutes and gives your Wardrobe Valet the context needed to prepare your next step.
There is no obligation.
2. Start With Clear Direction
Based on your intake, your Wardrobe Valet prepares an initial direction and a focused selection before you meet.
The next step usually takes place in our Amsterdam showroom, where we refine the selection, materials and fit together. For selected products, it may also be possible to continue online.
We advise what works best. You choose what feels right.
3. Made For You
Once your selections and fit are confirmed, your pieces are crafted specifically for you by specialised Italian makers.
Depending on the product, they are made to order or made to measure using carefully selected materials and the expertise of the relevant maker.
Delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks.
4. Confirm Your Fit and Preferences
When your pieces arrive, we review the fit with you and arrange any necessary refinements.
Once the fit is confirmed, it becomes the reference for future selections and makes reordering easier.
Your Wardrobe Valet also updates your profile with what we have learned.
5. Keep Your Wardrobe Working
After your first selections, your Wardrobe Valet remains available as your wardrobe and needs evolve.
You can receive periodic personal inspiration and considered recommendations based on what you already own and what may be useful next.
Continuing guidance is an optional paid service. You decide when and whether to move forward.
