After two years of preparation and a successful soft launch, we are ready to grow our customer base in the Netherlands — while creating more demand for our Italian makers and further refining the Wardrobe Valet service.
Funders help extend our runway, giving us the time, focus and resources to build this next phase with care — through real customers, real orders and real feedback.

What is The Circle of Funders?
The Circle of Funders is our growing group of financial supporters: people who want to help diMelio build the next phase with enough time, focus and resources to prove the model in the Netherlands.
Funders participate through a SAFE-to-STAK structure: an agreement that gives the right to convert into depositary receipts in diMelio’s holding company, issued through a Dutch STAK.
This allows Funders to support diMelio’s Dutch proof phase now, while keeping the final STAK issuance aligned with the company’s next formal funding or conversion moment.
The Circle of Funders is not only about capital. It is about helping build a better menswear company from an early stage — one that creates better value for customers, fairer value and a stronger future perspective for makers, and a more responsible way of producing.
Why Now?
From first proof to meaningful growth.
Earlier rounds brought together the founder, 3 Angels and 10 Funders, who together invested €750,000 to help us build the maker ecosystem, develop the first collection, open the showroom and complete our soft launch.
During the soft launch, we served our first 20 customers, with an average spend of approximately €1,700.
The next phase is about turning these early signals into measurable proof: growing our customer base in the Netherlands, creating more repeatable demand and further refining the Wardrobe Valet service.
To do this well, we need runway — not only to sell, but to learn, improve and prove the model with the right customers.
The Participation
It is built around one clear participation level:
€10,000 per Funder.
This round is limited to 50 Funders, with a total target of €500,000.
For each participation, a Funder receives:
€5,000 Funders Credit
A personal store credit to experience diMelio through future purchases.
20% Exclusive Funder Pricing
A better price on eligible diMelio products and services for as long as the Funder holds the depositary receipts.
a SAFE-to-STAK participation
A SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) that converts into depositary receipts issued through a Dutch STAK.

Your participation supports the development of a stronger customer base, the continued refinement of the Wardrobe Valet service, the creation of demand for our Italian makers and the operational foundation needed to prove the model in the Netherlands.
It is an opportunity to support a new menswear platform from an early stage — one built around direct maker relationships, personal service and more intentional production.
At the same time, the structure gives Funders a tangible way to experience diMelio personally through Funder Credit and exclusive Funder Pricing.
About the Structure
Designed for early-stage participation.
Because diMelio is still in an early proof phase, valuation matters.
That is why the Circle of Funders is structured with a valuation cap between €2.5 million and €5 million, rather than a fixed immediate valuation outcome.
The agreement does not include a conversion discount. Instead, we recognise the early commitment through meaningful commercial benefits alongside the investment: €5,000 Funder Credit and 20% Exclusive Funder Pricing.
The SAFE-to-STAK structure allows Funders to support diMelio now, while conversion into depositary receipts takes place at a later formal funding or conversion moment.

How it Works
Becoming a Funder starts with a personal conversation.
1. Request the Pitch Deck
Share your interest and we will send you the personal pitch deck for the Circle of Funders.
2. Schedule a Conversation
We explain the proof phase, participation structure, commercial benefits, timing and key risks.
3. Review the Documents
You receive the relevant documentation, including the SAFE-to-STAK agreement and supporting information.
4. Confirm Participation
If you decide to participate, the agreement is completed and your Funder Credit is registered.

1. Plan an Appointment
Start in our Amsterdam showroom, where your Wardrobe Valet helps you select the right pieces, fabrics, and fit.
Online ordering with AI sizing will be available from September 2026
2. Choose your Products
Select from a wide range of merino wool, cashmere, cotton, and linen fabrics sourced from respected Italian mills such as Loro Piana, Piacenza, Tallia di Delfino, Reda, Canclini, Albini, and Botto Guiseppe.
3. Made for You
Once your selections are confirmed, your garment is crafted by specialised makers in Italy - chosen for their skill, attention to detail and experience with artisanal luxury brands.
Delivered within 4–6 weeks.
